Continuous Improvement Technician (17666)

The successful candidate will be a motivated and organised Continuous Improvement professional with experience supporting operational improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

You will be comfortable working independently, analysing performance data and engaging with stakeholders across multiple functions to drive positive change.

We are looking for someone with:

Experience working in a Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Team Leader or similar manufacturing-based role.

Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies.

Proven ability to deliver measurable operational improvements.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance and operational data.

The ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.

Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent training or qualifications would be advantageous.

A proactive approach with a passion for driving excellence and sustainable improvement.
