Your Role
As Continuous Improvement Manager, you'll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. Your scope includes:
Coach teams on the effective use of Lean manufacturing tools.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the paper mill and converting plant.
Conduct quarterly loss analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
Align action plans with the most impactful cost-saving opportunities.
Provide guidance on the daily use of PerformEx principles and tools.
Analyze operational data to identify performance improvement opportunities.
Facilitate structured problem solving using the DMAIC methodology.
Lead cost reduction projects using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
What you bring
You're a natural fit for Continuous Improvement Manager if you have:
Engineering background with a strong understanding of operations and Lean principles.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with Power BI or SAP is an asset.
Ability to coach teams and support organizational change.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional leadership teams.
Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an asset.
