Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to optimize business processes and enhance operational performance
- Map and analyze current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement structured improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define improvement goals, develop action plans, and track KPIs
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions, document new processes, and ensure adherence to updated standards
- Report to leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities for further optimization
Requirements
- Strong experience in Business Process Improvement and Process Improvement
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including data interpretation and root cause analysis
- Background in Operational Excellence and Operations Management, with familiarity in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
- Ability to lead cross functional projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus
- Experience working in on site operational environments
