About the Role
MrQ is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to own and drive change across Operations. The role involves leading Lean/Kaizen initiatives, managing a change roadmap, and ensuring adoption of new processes and tools.

Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Kaizen to remove waste and lift performance
- Act as single accountable owner for change landing across Ops, ensuring adoption
- Manage change intake, prioritisation, sequencing, and the Ops project roadmap
- Maintain Ops changes log, change calendar, and clear RACI for every initiative
- Implement new processes and tools, including automated player comms across Ops
- Provide programme governance for AI tooling rollout to track organisational change
Requirements
- Experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or Process Improvement in a regulated, fast moving business
- Formal CI credentials and hands on delivery Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or equivalent
- Proven change management track record leading people through new processes and tools
- Strong programme discipline roadmaps, RACI, prioritisation and stakeholder management
- Comfort working solo and influencing without authority
- Passion for AI and experience with AI / tooling rollouts
- iGaming / regulated experience (nice to have)
- Familiarity with EOS / Traction (nice to have)

- The Continuous Improvement Manager owns change across Operations: intake, prioritisation, delivery, and proving it worked.
- This is a build it role, giving freedom to change how an entire operation runs.
What You Will Do
- Continuous improvement: Lean/Kaizen and structured Ops CI to remove waste and lift performance.
- End to end change: single accountable owner that change has landed across Ops.
- Roadmap and delivery: change intake, prioritisation and sequencing, plus Ops project roadmap.
- Governance: Ops changes log, change calendar, and clear RACI for every initiative.
- Change management: new processes and tools, plus automated player comms across Ops.
- AI rollout: programme governance for AI tooling rollout to track organisational change.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or Process Improvement in a regulated, fast moving business.
