Role Description
- The Continuous Improvement Manager is a part time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with a combination of on site work at CareWell Pharmacy locations and flexible work from home arrangements.
- This role is responsible for analyzing existing pharmacy and back office processes, identifying inefficiencies, and developing actionable improvement plans.
- Day to day tasks include mapping workflows, collecting and interpreting performance data, coordinating with operations, pharmacy, and support teams, and implementing process changes that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- The Continuous Improvement Manager will facilitate improvement workshops, monitor key performance indicators, document new procedures, and ensure alignment with regulatory and quality standards.
- The role also involves coaching team members on best practices, supporting change management efforts, and reporting progress and outcomes to leadership.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Business Process Improvement and Process Improvement skills to analyze workflows and design effective solutions.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence based decision making.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Operational Excellence to drive quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across pharmacy operations.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management capabilities to coordinate activities, optimize resources, and support day to day operational performance.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, pharmacy, industrial engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies are an advantage.
