Role overview
Peabody is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive performance, compliance, and service improvement across its Mechanical and Electrical function.
The role will shape the use of data, assurance, governance, and programme management to improve resident outcomes.
The position works with senior leaders, operational teams, and contractors.
Working model
- This is a hybrid role with a minimum of two days per week based in the Waterloo office.
- Occasional site visits are required.
What you will do
- Lead strategic improvement and transformation initiatives across Mechanical and Electrical services.
- Develop performance, assurance, and governance frameworks supporting compliance and operational excellence.
- Use data, analytics, and insight to identify risks, opportunities, and service improvements.
- Provide assurance over statutory compliance, resident safety, and Awaab's Law requirements.
- Manage improvement programmes and projects to deliver measurable outcomes and benefits.
- Monitor contractor and operational performance and drive accountability and value for money.
- Advise, challenge, and provide assurance to senior stakeholders.
