What Will You Do?
- Document current-state processes, identify pain points, gather stakeholder input, and support future-state process development.
- Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to understand needs and implement improvements.
- Analyze operational data, metrics, and KPIs to identify trends, root causes, and performance opportunities.
- Design and facilitate process-enhancement workshops.
- Monitor implemented changes and provide updates to management and stakeholders.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Total Quality Management methods.
- Develop project plans, process maps, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
- Support change management, process governance, system enhancements, and automation opportunities.
What Will You Need?
- 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Process Improvement, Operations, Business Analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, process mapping, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with customer experience, behaviour-based improvement, and change management strategies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Visio, and Project.
