Other Qualifications

The generally anticipated payrate is $30 - $35 per contact hour or above.

Temporary part-time staff may be eligible for participation in the College's 403(b) retirement savings plan; paid leave under the Paid Leave for All Workers Act; and perks associated with their employee identification card which may include access to HCC Fitness & Recreation Center, HCC Library, and Bloomington-Normal Public Transit System (Connect Transit). Benefits listed are subject to change. Specific benefits are dependent upon employment classification, duration of employment, number of hours worked, etc.
