or Pay Band: Pay Band 12 $23.170 to $24.840 (3 step range) Travel Required: No Job Description: Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning.

Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.

Human Resources Exemption: No Education

• Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)

• Organizational skills
• Basic - Computer skills
• Communication skills
• Interpersonal skills

Knowledge and Abilities

• Ability to work independently
