The role will support clients to remain independent in their home in a multidisciplinary based approach to care addressing their continence needs. They will work closely with the continence nursing and physiotherapy-based teams at Bacchus Marsh and Melton and across Western Health.
Supervision will be provided by a grade 4 clinician and you will work in a peer learning environment with the continence nursing team. In collaboration with the Manager Community Adult Health Programs, you will support delivery of continence physiotherapy and community continence services and actively work to ensure a culture of evidence-based practice and patient centred care across the team.

About the role

Key responsibilities
- Provision of high-quality clinical care to people attending with continence needs.
- Provide advice and support to other members of the MDT to support referrals to programs.
- Look to opportunities to support growth and development of the clinical programs.
About you
Must have tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy and have unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
Have completed or nearing completion of post graduate studies in continence related areas.
Demonstrate innovation in improving clinical services.
Strive for client-centred care in a community setting.
