- Research trending formats, hooks, and viral content strategies
- Develop fresh, scroll-stopping video ideas regularly
- Analyze content performance and improve based on data
- Write occasional blogs & website content (20%)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok algorithms
- Ability to write
- hooks that grab attention in 3 seconds
- Experience in viral content, storytelling & short-form scripting
- Trend awareness + ability to adapt quickly
- Bonus: Real estate or investment content experience
