Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit blogs, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, API documentation, and how-to guides.
• Explain AI and machine-learning models, cybersecurity frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and data analytics or BI topics in accessible language.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve rankings and targeted organic traffic.
• Work with engineers, product managers, data analysts, and security experts to gather insights and ensure technical accuracy.
• Create user guides, release notes, product messaging, feature updates, technical benefits, and value propositions.
• Review and update existing technical content to keep it accurate, current, and aligned with industry developments.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least 1–2.5 years of proven experience in technical writing, content marketing, or technology journalism in a relevant technology domain.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills are required.
• A portfolio showing clear, accurate, and engaging technical content is required.
