Craft compelling hooks, headlines, and storytelling structures inspired by top-performing content frameworks to boost virality.

5. Content Repurposing

Transform long-form assets (blogs, podcasts, webinars) into multiple short-form, platform-specific content pieces.

6. Team Collaboration

Coordinate with designers, video editors, writers, and marketers to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

7. Audience Research

Conduct deep research into ideal customer profiles, identifying their pain points, language patterns, and content triggers.

8. Trend Spotting

Track industry trends and leverage timely opportunities to create relevant, share-worthy content.

9. Performance Analysis

Monitor performance metrics, analyze reach/engagement data, and refine strategies for higher CTRs, shares, and conversions.

Strong grasp of content psychology, audience engagement principles, and social platform algorithms.

Proven ability to create research-driven, audience-first narratives that resonate and convert.

3. Growth Hacking

Understanding of organic reach strategies and tactics to rapidly scale targeted audiences.

4. Tool Proficiency

Experience with Notion, Canva, Buffer/Later, Meta Business Suite, Figma (basic), and ChatGPT; familiarity with SEO and keyword optimization.

5. Analytical Skills

Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

6. Communication & Coordination

Strong collaboration skills for working with creative and marketing teams across functions.

7. Educational Background

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred.

Experience

Minimum 1 4 years in content strategy, social media growth, or digital marketing.
