Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Manage day to day client communication and respond promptly
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal delivery
- Translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs and creative concepts for the production team
- Attend and actively contribute to client facing meetings with a professional presence
- Collaborate with cross departmental teams — design, production, post production, branding, ads, and web development
- Develop content direction and come up with original creative ideas
- Guide and review creative output with a strong visual eye
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) as part of everyday workflows for ideation, research, and strategic support
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English — spoken and written (non negotiable)
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar)
- Knowledgeable in graphic design fundamentals and able to communicate visual direction clearly
- Experienced in using AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) as professional working tools
- Capable of multitasking across account management, creative, and coordination simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — both client facing and internal
- Has a clear visual sense and creative instinct to lead content direction

About the Role
- We're looking for a Content Strategist to join our team in house at Innovex.
- This is a multi faceted role that sits at the intersection of client management and creative strategy.
- You won't be executing — we have a full in house production team for that. Your job is to think, ideate, and direct.
