Role Description

  • We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Marketing Specialist / Manager to develop, execute, and optimize content initiatives that enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and business growth.
  • The role focuses on creating compelling content strategies, managing multi channel content campaigns, and delivering high quality content experiences that support marketing objectives and strengthen brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing content strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Creating engaging written and visual content.
  • Managing editorial workflows and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Overseeing content production for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media platforms, digital publications, and other marketing channels.
  • Conducting content research, identifying industry trends, optimizing content for search visibility, monitoring audience engagement, and continuously improving content performance through data driven insights.
  • Managing content campaigns, coordinating with internal and external contributors, maintaining content quality standards, and ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives.
  • Analyzing content performance, preparing reports, evaluating campaign effectiveness, and recommending optimization strategies.
  • Exploring new content formats, emerging platforms, and innovative storytelling techniques.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement techniques.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive content strategies across multiple channels.
  • Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills.
  • Knowledge of content planning, editorial management, and content lifecycle processes.
  • Ability to create compelling content that supports brand awareness, engagement, and business objectives.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate content performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage content calendars, campaign schedules, and multiple content projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, analytics platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and content quality standards.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, product teams, and stakeholders.
