About the Role
LaPalma Properties seeks a creative Content & Marketing Executive to capture property photos/videos, produce short-form content for social media, manage listings, and execute marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Capture high quality property photos and videos
- Film and produce engaging short form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Coordinate with agents to plan and create regular content
- Manage and maintain all company social media channels
- Upload and manage property listings across all major property portals
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Assist with paid digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports
Requirements
- Experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media
- Strong videography and mobile content creation skills
- Comfortable using video editing tools and AI powered content creation platforms
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Self motivated with strong attention to detail
- UAE driving licence is an advantage but not essential

Key Responsibilities
- Capture high quality property photos and videos.
- Film and produce engaging short form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Coordinate with agents to plan and create regular content.
- Manage and maintain all company social media channels.
- Upload and manage property listings across all major property portals.
- Ensure all listings, marketing materials, and online profiles remain accurate and up to date.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Assist with paid digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, and other platforms).
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- A creative, proactive, and highly organised individual.
- Experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media (real estate experience is a bonus but not essential).
- Strong videography and mobile content creation skills.
- Comfortable using video editing tools and AI powered content creation platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Self motivated with strong attention to detail.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
