Content Manager

• Manage each piece of content from initial assignment through editing, expert review, design, SEO checks, approval, and publication.
• Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure pages are attractive, readable, mobile-friendly, and easy to navigate.
• Publish content through the content management system and verify that live pages display correctly.
• Check headings, links, images, metadata, formatting, and calls to action before and after publication.
• Maintain a consistent publishing pace agreed with leadership.
• Follow up on delayed assignments and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure published information remains accurate as services, technology, and business priorities change.

• Own the SEO improvement plan for both websites and maintain a prioritized list of actions.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor research, content audits, and search-intent analysis.
• Map target keywords and topics to appropriate pages.
• Improve titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links, image descriptions, and page structure.
• Take responsibility for homepage SEO and the visibility of important service and industry pages.
• Identify and address competing pages, outdated content, weak pages, and missed content opportunities.
• Build useful connections between related articles, service pages, industry pages, and case studies.
• Investigate ranking and traffic declines and coordinate corrective action.
• Stay informed about changes in search and adjust priorities based on evidence and results.

• Work with developers to identify and resolve technical issues affecting website visibility and usability.
• Coordinate improvements involving crawling, indexing, redirects, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, broken links, mobile usability, Core Web Vitals, and appropriate structured data.
• Translate SEO findings into clear development tasks with priorities and acceptance criteria.
• Verify completed fixes rather than assuming an issue is resolved once a task is marked complete.
• Support website migrations and redesigns through content inventories, URL mapping, redirect planning, prelaunch checks, and postlaunch monitoring.
• Coordinate multilingual SEO where applicable, including localized keyword research and language targeting.

The manager owns identification, prioritization, coordination, and verification.

Developers remain responsible for engineering implementation.

• Manage ethical link-building and digital PR activities for both brands.
• Identify relevant industry publications, associations, partnerships, and editorial opportunities.
• Coordinate outreach and manage any contributors responsible for obtaining links.
• Develop useful resources, expert commentary, and case studies that can earn relevant coverage and links.
• Review link placements for quality, relevance, and business value.
• Identify opportunities to recover valuable broken or lost links.
• Avoid spam, purchased ranking links, and fabricated authority.

• Apply experience, expertise, authoritativeness, and trustworthiness principles throughout the content process.
• Incorporate real subject expertise, accurate author and reviewer information, credible sources, and practical explanations.
• Work with internal teams to develop approved case studies and demonstrate actual experience.
• Verify claims about certifications, compliance, service availability, technology, turnaround times, and results before publication.
• Obtain permission before using client names, testimonials, or confidential project information.
• Ensure content answers customer questions clearly and provides meaningful value.
• Use AI tools responsibly where appropriate, with human editing, fact-checking, and accountability for every published page.

• Improve content so visitors understand our services and know how to take the next step.
• Strengthen calls to action, service explanations, supporting evidence, and inquiry paths.
• Work with sales and operations to understand customer questions, objections, terminology, and buying decisions.
• Prioritize content that attracts qualified prospects, particularly business customers.
• Coordinate improvements to quote requests, registrations, demonstration requests, and other relevant conversion paths.
• Evaluate lead quality alongside traffic and conversion volume.

• Improve visibility for translation, localization, audiovisual services, and priority industry solutions.
• Develop service and industry pages that help business buyers evaluate our expertise and capabilities.
• Strengthen the homepage, commercial landing pages, case studies, and supporting educational content.
• Support the ongoing release of content for the new website.

• Improve visibility for phone, video, in-person, and other approved interpreting offerings.
• Create clear content explaining how services work, who they serve, and how customers can get started.
• Develop industry-specific content addressing relevant customer needs.
• Improve content supporting account registrations, demonstrations, inquiries, and ongoing business use.

• Maintain clear visibility into what is planned, assigned, awaiting review, published, and being improved.
• Provide a weekly update covering completed work, pages published, pages updated, blockers, and upcoming priorities.
• Provide a monthly performance report for each website.
• Use Google Search Console, GA4, and relevant SEO tools to identify opportunities and evaluate results.
• Explain what changed, why it matters, and what action should follow.
• Escalate issues promptly when they require leadership decisions, additional resources, or development support.

• Demonstrated success managing website content and improving organic performance.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills, including the ability to produce clear, persuasive American English content.
• Strong experience managing writers, briefs, editorial calendars, deadlines, and publication.
• Practical knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, internal linking, content audits, and link building.
• Ability to use analytics and SEO tools to diagnose problems and prioritize work.
• Experience working within a content management system.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform detailed work personally while managing contributions from others.
• Availability for a dedicated full-time position and a long-term commitment to the company.
