Requirements

- Experience in Content Strategy and Social Media Marketing
- Solid Communication skills
- Attention to detail, strong editing capabilities, and ability to adapt tone and style
- Proficiency in basic digital tools (CMS, social media management tools, MS Office/Google Workspace) and understanding of SEO principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work on site in Sharjah Emirate, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

Role Description
- The Content Executive is a full time, on site role based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
- This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing high quality content for web, social media, and other digital channels that align with AFQ Holding’s brand and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and editing articles, website copy, and social posts.
- Managing content calendars.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather information and approvals.
- Supporting content strategy development.
- Ensuring consistency of tone and messaging.
- Analyzing performance metrics to optimize engagement.
- Collaborating with marketing and other teams to contribute to campaigns, corporate communications, and investor related materials as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Writing and Web Content Writing skills.
- Experience in Content Strategy and Social Media Marketing.
- Solid Communication skills.
- Attention to detail, strong editing capabilities, and ability to adapt tone and style.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools (e.g., CMS platforms, social media management tools, and MS Office or Google Workspace) and understanding of SEO principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on site in Sharjah Emirate, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in content creation within investment, corporate, or multi brand environments, and familiarity with the UAE market, is an advantage.
