Responsibilities

  • Edit and rewrite blog, global communications, and product content before publication.
  • Support weekly content planning and keep workflows on track.
  • Apply Tone of Voice guidelines and flag inconsistencies.
  • Support the refresh of editorial guidelines.
  • Draft supporting copy for crisis and executive communications under senior guidance.
  • Support white papers, year-end reports, and third-party research reports.
  • Draft content for media partnerships and support partner relationships.
  • Write and edit global communications, product, and campaign content.
  • Produce long-form drafts through polished copy.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread content against deadlines and briefs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in English, Journalism, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Native or fluent English with excellent writing and editing skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proven editorial experience, especially editing and rewriting others’ work.
  • Ability to apply Tone of Voice and style guidelines consistently.
  • Ability to work calmly and quickly under pressure.
  • Genuine interest in crypto, blockchain, and fintech.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills in a distributed, mostly asynchronous team.
