Responsibilities
- Edit drafts for clarity, structure, grammar, and tone.
- Write and update website, social, newsletter, and campaign copy.
- Check facts before content is published.
- Keep the brand voice consistent across channels.
- Plan the content calendar and fill content gaps.
- Work with programme, marketing, design, and operations teams.
- Use content performance to decide what to create next.
Requirements
- Strong English, editing judgment, and the ability to simplify without changing meaning are required.
- Startup or education experience is helpful but not required.
- A degree is not required.
- AI tools may be used provided the editor remains responsible for accuracy.
- The candidate must be able to work full-time from Kochi.
