Manage and grow presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube and YouTube Shorts, tailoring strategy and format to each platform.
Identify, vet, and manage external execution partners for leverage functions such as community engagement, commenting, and production support, while retaining full ownership of strategy and final quality.
Translate business, finance, and investment concepts into content that is accurate, credible, and compelling to a sophisticated UHNW audience.
Balance virality and substance in every piece, creating content that earns attention without sacrificing the integrity of the message.
Run a disciplined testing and analytics cadence, using performance data to continuously refine what gets made and how it's distributed.
Report on both growth metrics (following, engagement, reach) and business-impact metrics (pipeline, investor conversations, and customer conversions generated through media).
Proactively identify and resolve production, distribution, or performance obstacles without waiting for direction or escalation.
Own a media production and partner budget, allocating resources to maximize growth and pipeline outcomes.
Operate with total discipline: execute fast, iterate faster, and never let a thread drop.
Ideal Candidate Profile
7–12 years of deep, hands-on experience in content creation and social media, with a demonstrated command of the platform game.
A track record of driving measurable growth in following, engagement, and new business through video-first content.
