Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Content Development role based in Dubai.
  • The Content Developer will create, edit, and maintain compelling content for digital and offline channels, including website, email, product pages, social media, and brand campaigns.
  • Responsibilities include planning editorial calendars, developing brand aligned narratives, and translating product and sustainability stories into engaging copy.
  • The role involves conducting research on market trends, audience behavior, and competitors to inform content strategies.
  • The Content Developer will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints, while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Content Development and Content Strategy skills as per Brand image, with experience planning and executing content across multiple channels.
  • Excellent Writing and Communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and formats.
  • Solid Research skills to gather insights on products, markets, and audience needs, and to support factually accurate, credible content.
  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or sustainability focused brands is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency with common content and collaboration tools (e.g., CMS platforms, shared document tools, project management software).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and a portfolio or samples demonstrating previous content work.
