Role Overview

Videography and Content Production

• Film doctor educational videos, treatment explanations, patient testimonials, before-and-after cases and behind-the-scenes content.
• Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and paid advertising.
• Plan camera angles, lighting, framing, movement and composition before and during shoots.
• Capture professional footage with cameras, smartphones, lighting equipment, microphones and other production tools.
• Capture clinical content professionally without making it overly graphic or uncomfortable for viewers.

Photography

• Photograph doctors, staff, patient cases, before-and-after results, clinic interiors, equipment, treatments and branding content.
• Maintain correct lighting, composition, focus and consistency in photography.
• Retouch and enhance images while maintaining a natural and realistic appearance.
• Maintain a consistent photography style across social media and marketing materials.

Video Editing

• Edit professional short-form and long-form video content with hooks, clean cuts, transitions, text overlays, subtitles, sound design and music.
• Create modern, premium content that feels native to social media rather than like traditional corporate video.
• Edit Arabic and English content where required.
• Repurpose longer videos into multiple short-form pieces while maintaining consistent branding.

Creative Collaboration

• Suggest content ideas and creative concepts and research current social media trends for a medical or dental brand.
• Develop creative approaches for doctors based on their personalities and specialties.
• Work with the marketing team to execute the monthly content strategy.
• Distinguish content objectives such as organic reach, branding, education, trust-building and paid advertising.

Required Skills

• Strong professional videography, photography and video editing skills.
• Strong understanding of lighting, audio, storytelling and composition.
• Ability to create premium content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other digital channels.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple shoots and communicate effectively with doctors, staff and patients.
• Practical knowledge of cameras, lenses, gimbals, tripods, wireless microphones, lighting and smartphone filmmaking.

Preferred Experience and Software

• Experience in healthcare, dentistry, aesthetics, beauty, luxury or premium lifestyle content is advantageous.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Lightroom is preferred.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, color grading, sound design or advanced retouching is advantageous.

Application Requirement

• A portfolio or showreel is mandatory and should include relevant reels, video shoots, photography, editing or social media content examples.

Job Details

• The position is full-time and based onsite in Dubai, UAE.
• Work location is in person.
