The role focuses on producing real estate, social media, and promotional video content.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in video production, content creation, and social media.
- Strong camera and video shooting skills.
- Experience creating Reels, TikToks, property tours, and promotional videos.
- Good knowledge of lighting, framing, composition, and audio.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar video editing software.
- Creative ability to develop fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Comfort shooting and directing content on camera.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and current social media trends.
- Knowledge of DSLR or mirrorless cameras, gimbals, microphones, and lighting equipment.

- Produce video and social media content for the real estate brokerage.
- Create Reels, TikToks, property tours, and promotional videos.
- Shoot and direct content on camera.
- Operate cameras, gimbals, microphones, and lighting equipment during shoots.
- Edit video content using appropriate video editing software.
- Develop fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Create content aligned with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and current social media trends.
- Participate in regular property shoots and content opportunities.
