- Lead brainstorming sessions, develop creative briefs, video content ideas, and scripts, and provide constructive feedback on all design and content outputs
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, writers, and the marketing team to develop engaging assets, including campaigns, ads, videos, and social media content
- Own and evolve brand identity, ensuring consistency across digital, print, and social media channels
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure on time and on budget delivery
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and senior leadership to translate business goals into effective creative solutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client media and creative needs, building strong relationships and maintaining consistent communication
- Present campaign ideas, creative concepts, and performance reports
Requirements
- Typically 5+ years in a creative role, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership position
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or Fine Arts
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong visual storytelling and exceptional presentation abilities
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills

Job Description
