• Develop, create, and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Capture and edit photos, videos, reels, and stories showcasing the hotel, restaurants, events, facilities, and guest experiences.
• Plan and execute social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, monitoring, and responses to comments and messages.
• Create copy, captions, and promotional content to enhance audience engagement.
• Monitor trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to identify content opportunities.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to promote events, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
• Work with influencers, content creators, and partners to increase visibility and engagement.
• Track, analyze, and report social media performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Support digital marketing and branding initiatives and maintain consistent visual identity.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
• Strong photography, videography, graphic design, and editing skills.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, tourism, lifestyle, or food and beverage is an advantage.
