Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and publish high quality, platform native content (short form video, long form video, static visuals, carousels, copy) for Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Translate global campaign themes and messaging into channel specific content formats optimized for reach, engagement, and performance
- Support the creation and maintenance of a monthly social media content calendar, aligned with global campaigns, launches, and business priorities
- Adapt content for organic social media and paid social campaigns, in close collaboration with performance and campaign teams
- Optimize content based on platform best practices, trends, and performance insights (e.g. hooks, formats, captions, CTAs)
- Monitor content performance (engagement, watch time, CTR, basic lead indicators) and continuously optimize creative output
- Ensure brand consistency across all assets, maintaining seca’s tone of voice, visual identity, and terminology
- Support community related content responses where relevant, in coordination with Social Media & Campaign Management
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Campaigns, Product, and Regional Teams to ensure aligned storytelling and messaging
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Specialist, ideally within a B2B or complex product environment
- Strong understanding of content creation for Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including platform specific formats and best practices
- Proven ability to concept, produce, and edit content independently (video, image, copy)
- Solid skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or AI tools (video & design)
- Excellent command of English; German language skills are a plus
- Good understanding of social media KPIs and how creative quality impacts performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Design (Motion graphics), or comparable practical experience

Overview

- As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing compelling social media content across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- You will join an international team at our office in Dubai (UAE) working closely with our Global Marketing team in Hamburg, Germany.

- Comfortable working with content and collaboration tools (e.g. HubSpot, Jira).
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Design (Motion graphics), or comparable practical experience.
