Role Description
The individual will be responsible for creating high-quality photo and video content for luxury real estate properties, managing pre-production, shooting, and post-production processes.
Tasks will also include collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize creative ideas, ensuring visual consistency across platforms, and delivering content in alignment with the brand's aesthetic.
Additionally, the role requires maintaining all equipment and staying updated with the latest trends in photography and videography within the real estate industry.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Photography and Videography, including experience with professional cameras, lighting, and equipment
- Skills in Photo and Video Editing with software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative content tailored for luxury real estate marketing
- Experience in Content Production, including pre-production planning and post-production workflows
- Strong understanding of Composition, Lighting, and Color Grading for high-quality outputs
- Familiarity with current trends in social media and digital marketing, particularly in a luxury market
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A degree or diploma in Photography, Film, Media, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in the real estate industry or working with high-end/luxury brands is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment in Dubai
