Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative content ideas for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content including short form videos, Reels, Stories, posts, and carousels
- Appear on camera and present brand content in a natural, professional manner
- Plan and manage the content calendar in collaboration with teams
- Build and grow the digital community by engaging with comments and messages
- Stay up to date with social media trends and translate into content ideas
- Contribute to paid media campaigns with creative concepts and copy
- Monitor and analyze content performance and provide recommendations
- Maintain consistency with brand visual identity and tone of voice
- Cover brand events and produce real time content including behind the scenes footage
- Support marketing and recruitment campaigns through digital content
Requirements
- Strong experience in content creation, video production, filming, and editing short form content
- Confidence and professional presence in front of the camera
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency preferred
- Good knowledge of content management, scheduling, and performance analytics tools
- Good understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Creative, proactive, and able to work with cross functional teams

- We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator & On Camera Presenter to bring our brand story to life across social media.
- The ideal candidate will strengthen brand identity through engaging content and confident on camera presence.
- Responsible for creating compelling content across multiple platforms, growing the digital community, and supporting marketing and recruitment campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
