About the Role
Operater is seeking a creative Content Creator Intern to produce daily short-form and long-form videos for social media, including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You will work directly with founders, shoot and edit content, and help build an audience for an AI startup.

- Be on camera consistently creating short form and long form videos
- Shoot videos with founders, product, and behind the scenes content
- Edit and publish your own content fast
- Turn ideas into posts, stories, and narratives
- Help build in public and grow a real audience
- Experiment with content strategies

- Operater is building an agentic operating system where autonomous AI agents execute work.
- We are 3 founders with previous startup experience, launching soon with 130+ companies on waitlist.
- This is an unpaid internship with potential to transition into a full time role with equity.
What You'll Do
- Create content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and beyond.
- Be on camera consistently creating short form and long form videos.
- Shoot videos with founders, product, and behind the scenes chaos.
- Edit and publish your own content fast.
- Turn ideas into posts, stories, and narratives people care about.
- Help build in public and grow a real audience.
- Experiment a lot (some things will flop, that's the game).
