About the Role
PhatFunk Clothing, a Dubai-born streetwear brand, is looking for a Content Creator Intern to plan and create social content for Instagram and TikTok. This full-time, on-site internship offers real ownership in building a brand's voice from scratch.

Responsibilities
- Plan and create social content that introduces PhatFunk to the world
- Build content calendars from scratch
- Shoot and edit short form video for Instagram and TikTok
- Work closely with the founder to develop ideas and experiment with formats
- Figure out what resonates with the freedom to bring your own creative instincts
Requirements
- Strong ability to plan, shoot, and edit short form video and photo content
- Deep familiarity with Instagram and TikTok trends and formats
- Sharp written communication skills for captions and short form storytelling
- Genuinely creative and agile, comfortable coming up with ideas and testing them
- Strong interest in streetwear, music, and youth culture
- Self starter mentality able to manage a content calendar with minimal oversight
- Comfortable working on site, collaborating directly with founder/small team
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in marketing, media, design, communications, or related field (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of design/editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or similar)

Role Description
- Plan and create the social content that introduces PhatFunk to the world.
- Build content calendars from scratch.
- Shoot and edit short form video for Instagram and TikTok.
- Work closely with the founder to develop ideas, experiment with formats, and figure out what resonates.
Qualifications
- Strong ability to plan, shoot, and edit short form video and photo content (smartphone shot content is fine).
- Deep familiarity with Instagram and TikTok trends, formats, what's working right now and why.
- Sharp written communication skills for captions and short form storytelling.
- Genuinely creative and agile comfortable coming up with ideas, testing them, and adapting quickly.
- Strong interest in streetwear, music, and youth culture.
- Self starter mentality able to manage a content calendar and multiple deliverables with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable working on site, collaborating directly with the founder/small team.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in marketing, media, design, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of design/editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or similar).
