Responsibilities
- Develop and produce engaging visual content that reflects AMAYA’s artistic, lifestyle focused brand and guest experience
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots in the restaurant and lounge
- Create content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to capture key moments, events, and culinary highlights
- Manage content calendars, adapt content to different platforms, and monitor performance to optimize future storytelling
Requirements
- Strong visual content skills, including photography, videography, and basic editing for digital platforms
- Experience with social media management, content planning, and familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including brand storytelling and audience engagement
- Comfort working on site in a fast paced hospitality environment, capturing real time moments and events
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with culinary, operations, and marketing teams
- Strong organizational skills, including managing content calendars and meeting deadlines
- Prior experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands is an advantage
- Relevant education or training in media, communications, marketing, design, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English; additional language skills commonly used in Dubai are beneficial

Role Description
- The Content Creator will develop and produce engaging visual content that reflects AMAYA’s artistic, lifestyle focused brand and guest experience.
- Day to day responsibilities include planning and executing photo and video shoots in the restaurant and lounge, creating content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to capture key moments, events, and culinary highlights.
- The role also involves managing content calendars, adapting content to different platforms, and monitoring performance to optimize future storytelling.
- This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, requiring close collaboration with the venue team to ensure content is aligned with brand standards and guest expectations.
Qualifications
