- Plan, shoot, and edit short form and long form videos (property tours, lifestyle videos, interviews, testimonials, behind the scenes)
- Create eye catching photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Brainstorm creative campaigns and content ideas to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with campaigns and property launches
- Stay updated on social media trends, real estate marketing trends, and viral content formats
- Write compelling captions, video scripts, and storyboards
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms
Requirements
- Strong skills in content creation, videography, photography, and editing (mobile or professional camera)
- Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or CapCut
- Familiarity with social media analytics and algorithms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Creative mindset with ability to think outside the box
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Prior experience in real estate or luxury/lifestyle content is a plus

About the Role
- We are looking for a creative and trend savvy Real Estate Content Creator to join our team. You will be responsible for producing high quality, engaging, and brand aligned content that showcases our properties, team, and company culture across social media and other digital platforms.
