- Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages, collaborating with influencers, and supporting campaign launches
- Track performance metrics, prepare basic reports, and coordinate with marketing, design, and e commerce teams
- Contribute ideas to improve brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
Requirements
- Strong skills in content creation for digital platforms including copywriting, basic photography, and short form video production and editing
- Experience managing social media channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat) with understanding of platform specific best practices
- Ability to plan and execute content calendars and support campaign rollouts
- Comfort with basic analytics tools to monitor performance and suggest improvements
- Genuine interest in beauty and cosmetics with an eye for aesthetics and visual branding
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or related field, or equivalent experience
