Join a 100% remote Canadian data and technology team building scalable content systems and AI-enabled production workflows.
The role is a hands-on individual contributor position within Product, focused on improving content quality, speed, reuse, and scalability.
The work supports Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales through clear, compelling, and visually credible communication.
What you will own
- Turn complex or incomplete product, data, sales, and marketing information into communication audiences can understand and use.
- Build reusable templates, modular source content, standards, AI-assisted workflows, and quality assurance processes.
- Establish publishing, versioning, and source-of-truth practices that reduce one-off production.
- Create presentations, one-pagers, diagrams, infographics, website and social graphics, demonstrations, training videos, screen recordings, and light video edits.
- Support Customer Success with training videos, tutorials, onboarding, product walkthroughs, FAQs, and self-service education.
- Support Sales with presentation systems, solution materials, use cases, diagrams, demo content, and reusable assets.
- Support Marketing with website content, LinkedIn content, articles, case studies, visual content, organic search, and AEO materials.
- Support Product with explainers, demonstrations, documentation, release content, FAQs, and source-of-truth materials.
