About the Role
Farm to People seeks a Content & Creative Lead to own visual and creative output across digital and print. You will lead photo/video production, design social assets and packaging, and maintain brand consistency.

Responsibilities
- Lead all photo and video production end to end, including shooting and editing
- Shoot across farm visits, product flats, recipe content, pop ups, events, and lifestyle
- Produce platform native video content for Instagram, TikTok, and paid channels
- Build and maintain a content library
- Own all design projects across digital and print (social assets, email templates, packaging, pitch decks, etc.)
- Create on brand design elements that drive audience engagement
- Take ownership of special projects including infographics and UX designs
- Research and source materials for packaging, printing, and physical brand touchpoints
- Maintain visual consistency across every touchpoint
- Assist in writing creative briefs for campaigns, partnerships, and special projects
- Build and maintain organized systems for creative assets, templates, and brand materials
- Research new tools, technologies, and AI powered workflows to increase creative output
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands on experience in content creation, creative production, or similar role
- Strong graphic design skills across digital and print
- Strong photography skills (lighting, composition, editing)
- Strong video production skills (shooting, directing, editing)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing tools
- Experience creating content for social and paid channels
- Detail oriented with ultra creative approach to problem solving
- Highly organized with systems thinking mindset
- Genuine interest in food, farming, and the people behind what we eat

- Farm to People is an online farmers market grocery delivery service specializing in sustainably sourced, local, fresh produce and artisanally produced foods.
- We deliver 7 days per week and are expanding in the NYC market.
About the Role
- We're looking for a Content & Creative Lead to own the visual and creative output of the brand.
- This is a hands on role for an ultra creative problem solver with a sharp eye for detail.
- This role reports to the Chief Brand Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all photo and video production end to end.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000–$80,000 (based on experience).
