37.5 hours per week

As a Contact Centre Coordinator , you’ll bring excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, proactive customer-focused attitude. Thanks to your logical approach and confidence with a variety of systems, you’ll be able to prioritise and manage your workload in a fast-paced team environment.

Expertly handle all contact with our customers, including dealing with inbound calls and emails.

Cover varied shifts (between Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm and Saturdays, 9am to 1pm)
