The Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Consumer Marketing Manager to lead consumer marketing strategies, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement consumer marketing strategies, campaign plans, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, content, retail, partnerships, events, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with brand management, sales, product, customer experience, creative teams, agencies, analytics, operations, and executive leadership.
  • Conduct consumer research, market analysis, customer segmentation, behavioral analysis, and competitive assessments.
  • Monitor KPIs including customer acquisition, campaign performance, conversion rates, brand awareness, customer engagement, retention, ROMI, and revenue contribution.
  • Develop consumer personas, customer journey maps, lifecycle marketing strategies, and targeted engagement programs.
  • Manage marketing campaigns from concept development through execution, measurement, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Analyze consumer trends, purchasing behaviors, market dynamics, and customer feedback.
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, research firms, influencers, technology providers, and external marketing vendors.
  • Drive digital marketing optimization through data analytics, marketing automation, personalization, SEO, CRM, and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM platforms, Marketing Automation tools, Digital Analytics platforms, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, social media management tools, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Prepare consumer marketing reports, campaign dashboards, customer insights analyses, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Consumer Behavior, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Master's degree or professional certifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Consumer Insights, Brand Management, Google Marketing, Meta Marketing, or equivalent are advantageous.
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing, customer engagement, growth marketing, or related roles.
  • 2+ years of experience managing consumer campaigns, marketing teams, customer acquisition programs, or integrated marketing initiatives preferred.
  • Strong understanding of consumer marketing strategy, customer segmentation, brand positioning, campaign management, digital marketing, customer lifecycle management, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, digital analytics platforms, social media platforms, content management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and marketing performance tools.
  • Familiarity with AI powered marketing analytics, personalization technologies, influencer marketing, e commerce marketing, omnichannel strategies, and customer experience optimization is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, creative, strategic thinking, project management, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation, and cross functional collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to develop consumer marketing strategies while balancing brand objectives, customer needs, commercial goals, market trends, and operational priorities.
  • Ability to work independently in remote and hybrid environments.
