Consumer Lending Documentation Supervisor

Overview

Primary Functions and Duties

• Create and maintain documentation for consumer loan origination, servicing, collection, policies, procedures, forms, and operations.
• Directly supervise the Consumer Lending Documentation Officer, including direction, motivation, training, and development.
• Coordinate, manage, and present documentation materials at Consumer Lending business unit meetings.
• Maintain Consumer Lending team sites using Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Label, sort, categorize, manage permissions for, and archive SharePoint documents when appropriate.
• Draft, publish, and distribute department-wide communications in coordination with training and communications teams.
• Provide guidance to senior lending staff on policies, departmental procedures, and practices.
• Liaise with Enterprise Content, Legal Services, Marketing, and Executive Administration.
• Research and track compliance-related or Consumer Lending-specific issues arising from regulatory updates.
• Assist with internal and external audits and support the Consumer Lending Records Management Policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field of study.
• Equivalent qualifying experience may substitute for education, including consumer, credit card, or real estate lending, collections, and servicing knowledge.
