Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design and execution of custom qualitative and quantitative customer research, focusing on Advanced Innovation and new product development
- Synthesize research findings from primary and secondary research as well as internal data sources to identify gaps and unmet customer needs
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure high quality deliverables on time and on budget
- Influence stakeholders by distilling large amounts of information into concise, visually impactful insights presentations
- Build customized reports for individual stakeholders
- Create research stimuli to understand user needs, test assumptions, and iterate on new concepts
- Monitor mega trends, market signals, and category trends to frame opportunity areas for innovation
- Develop and maintain a strong network of partner agencies and experiment with new tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 5 10 years of Marketing Research experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
- Proven analytical skills
- Project management experience including prioritization of multiple products
- Experience presenting and influencing Sr. Management/C level Executives
- Experience managing and selecting external research suppliers
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional organization, written and oral communication skills
- Experience with a wide range of primary qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Self starter with a focus on process improvement and problem solving

Overview
- Sub Zero, Wolf, and Cove are leading manufacturers of luxury kitchen appliances.
- The Consumer Insights Specialist III works closely with the Insights Manager to identify, specify, manage, and execute Voice of Customer needs.
- This role leads and assists in research planning, executing, analyzing, and reporting to influence product road mapping and new product development decisions.
Primary Responsibilities
