Responsibilities:
- Develops and implement competitive performance plans
- Provides timely feedback on client experience and market strategy opportunities to drive continuous improvement
- Analyzes client and associate trends to identify opportunities for deepening relationships and enhancing service delivery
- Applies talent analytics to progress hiring, resource planning, performance management, and retention of top talent
- Supports training and gather feedback to improve brand representation, messaging effectiveness, and overall client experience
- Managerial Responsibilities: This position may also have responsibilities for managing associates. At Bank of America, all managers at this level demonstrate the following responsibilities, in addition to those specific to the role, listed above.

- Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years leading, coaching, and managing high performing teams
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to drive integration across multiple lines of business
- Proactively collaborates and builds trusted relationships with peers/key partners/clients
- Ability to be a change agent and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in building and executing effective client centric strategies that drive responsible growth and mitigate risk
- Communicates strategic business plans and tactical goals clearly and effectively at all levels

- Desired Qualifications:
- Undergraduate College Degree
- Financial Center Channel Leadership Experience, GWIM, Preferred or Small Business Banking Experience
