Location and Work Model

• The role is based in Canada with hybrid or remote office options.
• Team members within a 45-minute commute of the Toronto office are expected to work in person four days per month.
• Travel expectations are 20%.

What You Will Do

• Contribute across finance transformation from current-state assessment through design, configuration or development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Own workstreams and client-ready deliverables, facilitate working sessions, coordinate stakeholders, track risks, and produce documentation and training materials.
• Analyze processes, data, controls, and technology to identify root causes and develop feasible recommendations.
• Build client relationships, communicate progress and risks, resolve scoped issues, and identify opportunities to create value.
• Develop expertise in financial close, procure-to-pay, or business advisory using relevant finance technologies.
• Share knowledge, develop reusable tools and methodologies, support internal initiatives, and review analysts' work.

What You Will Bring

• Bring 3+ years of consulting, finance, accounting, operations, risk, or technology experience solving business problems.
• Have exposure to financial close, procure-to-pay, accounting operations, controls, data and analytics, technology implementation, process improvement, or organizational change.
