Position Overview
We are seeking a **Consulting Coordinator** to oversee and manage daily consulting operations.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, consulting knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, consultants, and internal teams.
The Consulting Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery and maintaining Crossway Consulting LLC’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate consulting projects from initiation to completion.
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide project updates.
- Collaborate with consultants and subject matter experts to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of project briefs, reports, and client communications.
- Support business development initiatives and proposal preparation.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s business regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in consulting coordination or project management.
- Strong knowledge of consulting processes, business operations, and client management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
