Position Overview
The Consulting Coordinator will support the consulting team in delivering high-quality advisory services to clients across various sectors.
This role involves coordinating project activities, managing client communications, supporting consultants with research and documentation, and ensuring smooth operational execution of consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities of consulting projects from initiation to completion
- Serve as a liaison between consultants, clients, and internal departments
- Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and project documentation
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct background research and compile data to support consulting assignments
- Assist in proposal development and client onboarding processes
- Organize client meetings, workshops, and follow-up sessions
- Maintain organized records of project materials and client communications
- Support quality control by reviewing documents for accuracy and consistency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in coordination, administration, or consulting support roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or project management environments
- Familiarity with CRM or project management tools
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and priorities efficiently
