The Consultant joins the Management Consulting team to collaborate on digital projects and guide clients through the Design Thinking Process.
The role involves solving complex business problems, creating human-centred experiences, and supporting technical delivery and implementation.
The Consultant works with Strategy, Project Management, User Experience Design, AI, and Technology teams.
What You'll Do
- Support senior team members on projects ranging from rapid-to-market initiatives to large-scale digital transformation.
- Assist in creating digital solutions for clients across various industries and verticals.
- Help lead and participate in user experience design thinking workshops with clients.
- Interpret client business challenges and goals and collaborate with design and technology teams to deliver user experiences.
- Gather information about client business processes, critical success factors, and competitive standing through interviews and research.
- Perform project management and coordination activities.
- Contribute thought leadership on existing and emerging technology trends, including artificial intelligence.
- Structure presentations, documentation, request for proposal responses, and other client collateral.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience participating in strategy, design, and/or technology engagements.
- Demonstrable passion for user experience, digital design, and technology.
- Strong track record liaising and collaborating with clients.
- Interest in learning about the latest technologies.
- Appreciation for high-quality digital design.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving ability.
- Self-motivated approach and commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
- Comfort presenting and speaking publicly.

Estimated Compensation
- Estimated compensation is CAD 78,000 to CAD 90,000, with the final offer varying according to education, experience, skills, abilities, and market data.
