Role Purpose

Consulting Execution

• Act as an ambassador for Wipro values and tenets.
• Lead a workstream or equivalent and coordinate small teams.
• Organize work and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Apply best practices and industry knowledge under supervision.
• Develop strong working relationships with client and team staff.

Business Development

• Achieve individual utilization levels expected through goal setting.
• Create extensions to current assignments and demand for new assignments based on performance and reputation.
• Understand Wipro's core service and consulting offerings.
• Build client relationships and provide intelligence and insights to solve business problems.
• Identify sales leads and assignment extension opportunities.
• Anchor market research activities in the chosen area of work.

Thought Leadership

• Develop insight into selected industry and technology trends.
• Contribute to team thought leadership.
• Document assignment track records and prepare case studies when appropriate.

Practice Contribution

• Complete administrative activities such as timesheets, appraisals, and expenses on time.
• Contribute to internal initiatives, intellectual property, and knowledge management.
• Use available methods, tools, assets, information sources, and intellectual property.
• Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams and participate in community activities.
• Develop reusable process assets and share knowledge within the team.
