Key Responsibilities

• · Develop and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog).
• · Build and maintain SnapLogic pipelines and integrations.
• · Develop REST/SOAP API integrations with enterprise applications.
• · Configure Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
• · Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.
• · Participate in Agile development and production support.

Required Skills

• · 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• · Hands-on experience with SnapLogic pipeline development.
• · Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and SQL.
• · Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow scripting.
• · Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
