Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases (CKD, AKI, glomerular disorders)
- Oversee and manage hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis programs
- Provide care for patients undergoing renal transplantation (pre and post transplant management)
- Manage electrolyte imbalances, hypertension, and fluid disorders
- Conduct and interpret renal function tests, kidney biopsies, and imaging
- Provide inpatient and outpatient nephrology consultations
- Collaborate with ICU teams for critical care nephrology cases
- Participate in clinical governance, quality assurance, and infection control programs
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5+ years post board certification in Nephrology
- Recognized board certification: American Board, UK CCT, European Board, Canadian Royal College, Australian Fellowship, Arab Board, DM/DNB Nephrology or equivalent
- Eligible for DHA/ DOH license conversion

Role Overview
- A leading multispecialty tertiary care hospital in Dubai is expanding its nephrology and renal care services.
- Inviting applications from experienced Consultant / Specialist Nephrologists to join its multidisciplinary clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases (CKD, AKI, glomerular disorders).
- Oversee and manage hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis programs.
- Provide care for patients undergoing renal transplantation (pre and post transplant management).
- Manage electrolyte imbalances, hypertension, and fluid disorders.
- Conduct and interpret renal function tests, kidney biopsies, and imaging.
- Provide inpatient and outpatient nephrology consultations.
- Collaborate with ICU teams for critical care nephrology cases.
- Participate in clinical governance, quality assurance, and infection control programs.
- Educate patients and families on long term kidney disease management.
- Supervise junior doctors and contribute to academic and training programs.
Eligibility & Board Recognition
- American Board of Internal Medicine (Nephrology).
- UK CCT / MRCP + Nephrology Specialty Training.
- European Board Certification.
- Royal College Certification (Canada).
- Australian Fellowship.
- Arab Board.
- DM / DNB Nephrology / MD/DM/ FCPS or equivalent recognised super specialty qualification.
- Minimum 3–5+ years post board certification.
- Eligible for DHA / DOH license conversion.
