We are seeking a talented and professional Consultant ( Software Developer Skillset) to join our team.

• Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and client requirements for software .
• Develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the company .
• Professionally maintain all software and create updates regularly to address customer and company concerns .
• Analyze and test programs and products before formal launch .
• Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace .
• Ensure software security by developing programs to actively monitor the sharing of private information .
• Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions .
• Aid and support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all employees are confident in the use of software applications .
• Ensure documentation follows company compliance standards and branding guidelines .
• Gather feedback and revise documentation as needed .
• Participate and often lead custom solutions and integration with related software solutions, and standards .
• Subject Matter Expert in leading integration of key business functions into architecture, design, testing, and implementation of software solutions .
• Willing to design, code, help create and analyze requirements .
• Strong communication skills .
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines .
• Work through all phases of the project lifecycle, including reviewing requirements, designing services that lay foundation for the new technology platform, building new interfaces and integrate with existing architectures, developing and testing code, and delivering seamless implementations .
