Job Overview

  • SearchPlus HR is in search of a dedicated Consultant Rheumatologist (Western Qualified) to join a prestigious Private Healthcare Facility.
  • In this role, you will bring your Western qualifications and expertise to provide high quality care for patients with rheumatic conditions.
  • The Consultant Rheumatologist will play a pivotal role in diagnosing and managing various rheumatic diseases utilizing advanced Western medical knowledge and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with rheumatic conditions.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of rheumatological disorders using Western medical standards.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as imaging studies and laboratory investigations.
  • Develop individualized and evidence based treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care.
  • Provide patient education on conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Maintain accurate and updated medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to enhance skills.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in Western rheumatology practices and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Medical degree from a Western institution with relevant qualifications.
  • Residency training in Internal Medicine and specialized training in Rheumatology.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology.
  • Proven experience working in a Western healthcare setting.
  • Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing diverse rheumatic diseases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Dedication to delivering compassionate and patient centered care.
  • Detail oriented approach with good organizational and time management abilities.
